Description: Students will become "IT Audit Interns" working in teams with an iQ4 facilitator and industry expert mentors, utilizing the iQ4 workforce development platform. The goal is to enable interns to analyze IT audit cases in Network Security Audit, Cyber Security Audit, Web Application Security, and Compliance to identify the depth and breadth of IT audit from multiple perspectives. The content of the case studies covers core competencies, eg., knowledge, skills, and abilities relating to the identification, detection, protection against, response to, and recovery from an insider threat. In addition, students will acquire teamwork and communication skills that are essential in the workforce. This is a non-credit course and does not appear on your academic transcript.
